David has particular experience of acting for families and their enterprises, including:
■ acting as a trusted adviser (including board positions);
■ experience in M&A, joint ventures, fund raising as well as governance issues, board issues and crisis management experience.
David studied law at UCL and Cambridge. He qualified as a lawyer and was a partner, holding executive positions, in a number of international professional services firms.
He has also attended courses on leadership, finance and valuation of enterprises at Harvard Business School and The London Business School as well as holding the Financial Times Non-Executive Director’s Diploma, the first lawyer to be awarded such diploma.
