What we do
and how we are remunerated
We are deliberately selective of the roles we take on as this enables us to retain the focus of supporting our client base. Virtually all our engagements arise due to word of mouth recommendation.
We provide a range of services including:
■ representing families on boards of companies;
■ advising on board and shareholder disputes;
■ undertaking special projects for family businesses;
■ developing the relationship models amongst families, their trustees and the businesses held by such trustees; and
■ co-investing with families on specific new business ventures.
We are usually remunerated on a per day basis although we are open to discussing other remuneration models such as credible incentivisation arrangements, co investing preferred equity and profit sharing.
